Terrisa Singleton-Smith has managed the Delta Dental of Oklahoma Foundation since 2009. As Foundation Director, she oversees a $10 million annual budget that provides grants, charitable dental care, scholarships, and oral health education. She works extensively with dental safety net clinics and programs throughout the state in cooperative efforts to improve the oral wellness of Oklahomans.
Terrisa is past chair of the Oklahoma Oral Health Coalition and the Oklahoma Charitable Clinic Association. She was named a “50 Making a Difference” honoree by The Journal Record Woman of the Year program in 2020, 2022, and 2024, and was honored as a Journal Record “Healthcare Hero” in 2025. She was also named as one of seven “Oklahomans of the Year” by Oklahoma Magazine in 2021.
Terrisa holds an Associate of Science in Diversified Studies from Oklahoma City Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern Nazarene University, and a Master’s degree in Human and Health Services Administration from the University of Oklahoma, where she was a Graduate Student Research Fellow in the OU Center for Social Justice.

Trish Raymond is the Foundation Manager for the Delta Dental of Oklahoma Foundation, where she oversees foundation operations, grant stewardship, educational programming, and strategic initiatives that expand access to oral health care across Oklahoma.
With more than 18 years of leadership experience in education, organizational development, and community impact, Trish has extensive expertise in strategic planning, team leadership, systems improvement, and data-informed decision-making. Before joining the Foundation, she held senior leadership roles in public education, leading statewide initiatives focused on organizational growth, compliance, training, and innovation.
Trish holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University, a Master of Science in Urban, Community and Regional Planning, with an emphasis in Community and Economic Development from Kansas State University, and a Graduate Certificate in Educational Leadership from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.

Teri Bachhofer holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Central Oklahoma and is certified in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. She also earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Management and Leadership and holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits.
Before joining the Foundation in 2016, Teri spent 11 years teaching first, third and fourth grades. Teri used this skill base to help develop the Foundation’s own oral health education program, MouthScience. As Education Programs Manager, Teri oversees the Foundation’s educational outreach initiatives, including Captain Supertooth, MouthScience, Guard Your Grin, and the Girl Scouts Smile Squad Patch Program.

Karina Avila manages our Mobile and Portable Dental Care Programs, including our School-Based Sealant Network. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2023, Karina served more than 13 years on the staff of Variety Care, a community health center in Oklahoma City, including eight years as the Dental Practice Supervisor. Karina is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Angie Pulliam is a dental assistant and worked in private practice and corporate dentistry for more than 25 years before joining the Foundation in 2018. As our Senior Dental Care Navigator, Angie connects Oklahomans to the dental care resources they need. She also works with safety net clinics and programs across the state, training them on how to use our Urgent Care and Compensated Care Funds, and coordinating care for hundreds of patients each year.

Nicki Largent is our Grant Program Specialist. Nicki assists applicants and grantees throughout the grant cycle and helps coordinate special projects. She has a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits and served as Executive Director at the Tree Bank Foundation for almost 10 years prior to joining the Delta Dental of Oklahoma Foundation.
Jesenia Hernandez

Jesenia Hernandez is a dental assistant with a passion for dentistry and service. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and serves as a Dental Care Navigator in addition to assisting with our clinic-based programs. Before joining DDOKF, Jesenia Hernandez worked for seven years at the Oklahoma Dental Foundation on the MobileSmiles dental units, gaining valuable experience treating underserved populations throughout the state. She also brings three years of private dental practice experience, further strengthening her commitment to providing quality care and serving diverse communities.
